“ We grabbed lunch here. Very cool building. The owner was so nice and chatty. We ordered Thai friend rice and drunken noodles. Both dishes were very good. And they came out fast. I have had different date better Thai but for the Newton area they should feel lucky for this option. ”

This time, I ventured out of my culinary comfort zone and tried a new dish: Viet Sausage with Fried Egg. This delightful combination consists of Vietnamese fried red sausage, onion, and bell pepper, served with rice and topped with a perfectly fried egg. It was an absolute culinary experience. Pam also shared a special treat with me—one of her exquisite egg rolls. I was impressed by the delicate and crispy wrapper. Interestingly, Pam even loaned me one of her crab rangoons, not for me to enjoy, but to capture in photographs. We had never encountered crab rangoons like those at Viet-Thai Taste. They are substantial and bursting with flavor. We were delighted to discover that Viet-Thai Taste in Newton has expanded its hours and is now open on Sundays. ”
